The Almost Winter 2022 Release is packed with new features and is available starting today for all cloud customers. It focusses on empowering the call agent, as well as providing comfort and efficiency.
One calling screen to rule them all
We made it extremely easy to correct data, get extra information while on call, send e-mails, see previous call results all in 1 screen.
Less work for the teamleader
New features are available for call agents: adding numbers, managing sessions, listening to recordings if available, etc. And there’s even more to come that didn’t fit in this release.
Recordings are not stored at the VOIP provider anymore – so starting today, you don’t pay for that. It is now included in the Calling Guru license. And there’s more to announce soon on the VOIP front. But for now, you’ll have to do with an image of an iphone 14!
A lot of bugfixing
We appreciate bug reports a lot. We have a love-hate relationship with these creatures. They typically say hello when it’s not convenient. But they also leave rather quickly when they see our support people arriving on the scene.
